Combos problem

Hello everyone , i'm a new user of this client. After some games i noticed that some combos have very bad timing ex: HoodWink , Oracle.
I would like to know, i gotta set up them some or its just like that?

some combo works as a speaker on this they have little logic

All right,because i thought that maybe i messed that up by moving the humanizer set up. I'm talkinga bout , amount of orders per ms , the slow down etc. Another question, do Combo, Alternative combo and Dynamic combo are the same or something change? i didn't quite catch it. Thanks.

Combo and Alternative combo are the same thing
but dynamic is without logic, but there are a lot of items and skills
