How do I fix:

Divine.Injector.CLR
Initialize for runtime config failed

I have tried reinstalling dotnet sdk 3 times even restarted my pc and nothing what can I do?

remove all dotnet and install this https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/sdk-7.0.101-windows-x64-installer
