this is actually a Dota bug, here's the video, I didn't use a cheat
this bug occurs with the cheat because when the games start, plugins are loaded and creates a mini-lag
Now Dota breaks the game for any small lag
because there is a computer that is weak and often lags, because of this there is a server delay in the game

I updated the software and now the plugins load slowly and create almost no mini-lags, now there should be no problem with input lag
